What is Webster Technique?
The Webster technique is performed by a trained and licensed chiropractor. Webster technique is a type of gentle chiropractic care that reduces soft tissue tension, allowing for an ideal environment for the baby to grow and move. Webster's technique is helpful in providing relief for common lower back, hip and sciatic pains that pregnant women often experience.

What can I expect during a treatment?
Your first visit will be a 60 min initial assessment followed by a treatment. During your 20 or 30 min treatment, the chiropractor will gently release tight tissues and realign the pelvis using a variety of techniques. These techniques may include:
Gentle soft tissue work like massage
Gentle Manual adjustments
Gentle Mobilizations
Your Webster provider will provide support and advice on how to maintain proper alignment during pregnancy.
